Terms of Service

Parasol (the "Service") is a vacation calendar provided by Klarweb (DBA STH), org. 835 834 042 (the "Provider"). By using Parasol you agree to these terms.

Parasol does not require an account. Each board lives at a random URL; possession of the URL grants access. If you set a password on a board, anyone with both the URL and the password can view and edit it.

Don't use the Service to harass, defraud, or violate the law. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse-detection, or security measures. We may rate-limit or terminate access where reasonable.

You retain ownership of any content you put into the Service (board names, teammate names, time-off entries). You grant us only the licence necessary to host and display that content back to anyone with the board URL.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We aim for high uptime but make no formal SLA at this stage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and announced where reasonable.
